Welcome to the 62 Royal Hamilton Light Infantry Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps – home of the Hamilton Army Cadets! With well over 50,000 members, the Cadet Program is one of Canada’s largest youth organizations. Membership is open to teenagers (male and female) from 12-18 years old.

We appeal to teenagers craving exciting outdoor activities where their personal limits as individuals and team-members will be tested. The hardcore outdoor-oriented will love the challenge!

WHAT DO ARMY CADETS DO?

The list goes on and on, but here are some of the things we do.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the Cadet Program is to contribute to the development and preparation of youth for the transition to adulthood, enabling them to meet the challenges of modern society, through a dynamic, community-based program.

"IT'S THE BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE!"

If you want to aim higher, feel more confident and get a head start on your future join the Army Cadets.

Every year thousands of young people join the Army Cadets for fun, friendship, action and adventure. If you're up for a challenge you'll go further with the Royal Canadian Army Cadets.
